We have being studying ancient civilizations, specifically the Sumerians and Egyptians. The kids have loved "pretending" to write in hieroglyphics and cuneiform. Yesterday I had them write one word in their own "alphabet". Ben's said, "Pandas" (of course), and AbbySue's said "God made animals." Zibby had fun helping out too.
