ReplyDeleteerika, the hello kitty cake was a little more challenging than I thought, but fun. What I decided to do was to bake 4 round cakes. 2 cakes for the head and then I used the other two cakes to cut out the ears. I suggest freezing the ears before frosting so they don't crumble...(which is what happened to me:) the jellybeans cover up a multitude of mistakes!) Then I used kit-kat bars for the whiskers, jelly belly's for the nose, chocolate chips for the eyes, and mexican sandwich cookies for the bow. Good Luck Friend!
