It's actually fermented black tea made out of a really huge flubbery mushroom. It's supposed to be full of antioxidants and "good" bacteria...it's kind of a hippie drink...sort of a trend up here...but Aaron likes fermenting things so I gave it a try. It's not bad really. You can add fruit to it. This one has pomegranate. 2 out of the three kids like it :) The book "Nourishing Traditions" has the recipe along with a lot of other fun drinks to make for the kids instead of juice and soda. It's fun :)
